Our BRC accredited salad company based in the Farmlands of Lincolnshire make some of the best compound salads on the market today and currently serving the retail & leisure sectors, including many of the multiples we shop in today and the likes of Wimbledon weekend and other great British summer sporting events.

We can service our customers with bespoke freshly prepared lines with chilled shelf life of up to 12 days on some products because of the technical processes in place. Some of our current lines include Spiced Cous cous with chargrilled vegetables, Thai lemon grass noodle salad with teriyaki dressing, Tuna & Lincolnshire new potato Salad, Italian Orzo Mediterranean pasta with roasted tomato & basil, Giant Israeli cous cous with roasted beetroot & butternut squash & Blended Rice and Seasonal fruit to name a few. These come individual or bulk packed to suit our customers' requirements.
