We have an exceptional selection of Quality base sauces which are made by chefs for chefs from the best local ingredients made to build in consistency to your operation. These are for chefs to either further cook with or allow them to just add that special finishing touch, now that the base work has been done for them. You can also have a bespoke finished sauce ready for use straight from the chiller to your recipe. The current range includes Demi-Glace, B├ęchamel, Chicken & Fish Veloutes, tomato sauce, lobster bisque, beef jus, red wine & rosemary & sauce mornay. The product is freeze thaw stable and has a 25 day chilled shelf life. Now that's flexibility!
